Thanks for your comments Hazel. Can't believe I've been on my lap-top all day. Feeling a bit better and haven't sneezed or coughed for a couple of hours. I'll soon be up and running. Sorry this isn't a good photo, but it's all I could find. Mike was trying to catch the birds on the feeder, but the allotments appear in the background. Will take one from our bedroom window when I get the chance.
I don't know why it surprises me, but don't they look close by! Your house doesn't look that nearby - from my plot, anyway.

My chum at Bag End (link on my blog) has a real wildlife collection visit her house in Cumbria - including wonderful red squirrels - worth a look if you have an idle 5 mins.
Glad to hear you're feeling a bit better - especially when you are back and forth to the QE at the mo - hope M's treatment not knocking him about too much.
